Gale Springer, having been a governmental official herself for more than ten years, facilitates development by operating and overseeing the zoning, consulting, governmental liaison, and administrative portion of the company. She holds an active State of Florida Real Estate Salesperson's License and is a member of many industry and civic organizations.
Daniel McClintock, has many years of previous experience with private industry and developers. His knowledge of subdividing, platting, bond placement and reductions more than qualifies his position with the company. His understanding of construction along with a common sense approach affords quality service to all concerned.
